Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical staining. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration range of 5 - 10 ?g/mL is suggested.?For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.5 ?g per million cells in 100 ?L volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

* Spark YG? 570 has a maximum excitation of 555 nm and a maximum emission of 570 nm.
