For immunohistochemical staining on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, the suggested use of this reagent is 2.0 - 10??g/ml. For Direct ELISA, the suggested use of this reagent is 20 ng/ml - 3.0 ?g/ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: This clone does not cross-react with ?- or ?-synucleins using Western blotting or ELISA as detection method.
