Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded immunohistochemical staining. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration range of 2.0 - 10 ?g/ml is suggested. For Direct ELISA, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.02 - 3.0 per ml. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 1.0 ?g per ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
This clone does not cross-react with ? or ?-synucleins using ELISA and WB as detection method.
Tissue distribution: Primarily nervous system, but lower expression in other tissues such as blood and skin.
Cellular distribution: Cytoskeleton, cytosol, ?lysosome, mitochondria, nucleus, plasma membrane, and extracellular.
