Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunocytochemistry. For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 1.25 - 5.0 μg/mL is recommended.?For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 4.0 - 6.0 ?g/mL is suggested.?It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: For ICC, we recommend 4% PFA fixation followed by permeabilization with ice-cold methanol, or fixation/permeabilization with ice cold methanol alone. We do not recommend 4% PFA fixation followed by permeabilization with 0.5% Triton-X.

For IHC-P, we recommend antigen retrieval using citrate buffer, HIER, and overnight antibody incubation at 4°C.
