Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by western blotting. For western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.125?- 1.0??g/mL. For immunoprecipitation, the suggested use of this reagent is 2.0??g/test. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: This clone was tested for ICC on HeLa cells using three different fixation/permeabilization methods: methanol-only, PFA+ methanol, and PFA+ Triton X-100. Staining was only observed with PFA+ Triton X-100 permeabilization and even this was quite faint and only detected at high exposures.

This clone is weakly reactive with mouse Htra2 by western blot.
