Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.2 - 10 ?g per ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
This clone is more reactive to mouse compared to human or rat Gemin 6. The recommended usage concentration for Western blotting in mouse is 0.2 - 1 ?g/ml, and ?in human and rat 5.0 - 10 ?g/mL
