- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.2 ?g per million cells in 100 ?l volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

- Structure
- Structure: 163 amino acid long protein (predicted MW is 18kDa), with a short extracellular domain of only nine amino acids conserved between mouse and human. There are 6-7 intracellular tyrosines that are potential phosphorylation sites.
