Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by western blotting. For western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.25 - 0.5?g/mL.?For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 1.0 - 5.0 μg/mL is recommended. For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 1.0?- 10.0??g/mL is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Application Notes

This clone was also tested for ICC using 4% PFA fixed HeLa cells, Triton X-100 or MeOH permeabilization, and produced mainly nuclear staining.
