- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 - 1.0 ?g/mL (1:500-1:1000 dilution). For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 1?- 5?μg/mL is recommended. For immunohistochemistry, a concentration range of 5?- 10??g/mL is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
This antibody recognizes N-terminal short cleaved PARP after Staurosporine treatment at around 24kDa.
