- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. Western blotting, suggested working dilution(s): Use 0.5-1 ?g per ml antibody dilution buffer. For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 1.0 - 10.0 ?g/mL is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
