- Do not store antibody diluted below 50 ?g/mL in the absence of protein (i.e.: add 2% bovine serum albumin). It is suggested that the total volume is aliquoted upon initial thaw. The antibody is best stored undiluted at -20°C to -70°C.

- Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 1:1600 - 1:3200 dilution. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
- Application Notes
3F4 is reactive to amino acid residues 109-112 of prion protein (PrP) from humans, hamsters, and felines. It recognizes both protease sensitive and protease resistant forms of PrP (after denaturing).
