Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. Western blotting, suggested working dilution(s): Use 1 ?g per ml antibody dilution buffer for each mini-gel. Immunocytochemistry, working dilution(s): Use 2 ?g per ml antibody dilution buffer for each mini-gel. For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 1.0 - 10.0 ?g/mL is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Application Notes

Clone 3E8 has been reported to protect mice from LPS induced sepsis¹. Additional reported applications (for relevant formats) include: neutralization¹. The LEAF? or Ultra-LEAF? purified antibody is recommended for functional assays (contact our custom solutions team).?
