Recommended Usage: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by?ELISA assay. For sandwich ELISA capture applications, a concentration range of 2-8 ?g/ml is recommended when used in conjunction with biotinylated 53E11 (Cat. No. 524904) as the detection antibody, and recombinant human APRIL (TNFSF13) (ELISA Std.) (Cat. No. 591309) as the protein standard. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Application Notes: Clone 33H5 reacts with recombinant APRIL homotrimer and recombinant APRIL-BAFF heterotrimer.
