Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 - 1.0 ?g per ml.?For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 1.25 - 5.0 μg/ml is recommended.?For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 5.0 - 10 ?g/ml is suggested. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
When using this clone for western blot, we highly recommend using lysate that has not been subjected to any freeze-thaw cycles.
