For immunocytochemistry, a concentration range of 0.1 - 10 μg/mL is recommended.?For immunohistochemical staining on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration range of 5.0 - 10 ?g/mL is suggested.?It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
