Recommended Usage

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular flow cytometry using our?True-Nuclear? Transcription Factor Staining Protocol. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is =0.25 ?g per million cells in 100 ?l volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

* PerCP/Cyanine5.5 has a maximum absorption of 482 nm and a maximum emission of 690 nm.

Application Notes

The monoclonal 1H9 antibody?recognizes both mouse and human Pax5.

Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: Western blotting^1,2, immunohistochemical staining of formalin-fixed sections, and spatial biology (IBEX)^4,5.

NOTE: For flow cytometric staining with this clone, True-Nuclear? Transcription Factor Buffer Set (Cat. No. 424401) offers improved staining and is highly recommended over the Foxp3 Fix/Perm Buffer Set (Cat. No. 421403) and the Nuclear Factor Fixation and Permeabilization Buffer Set (Cat. No. 422601).
