产品介绍 | The KIR family consists of transmembrane glycoproteins of the Ig superfamily expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and a subset of human T cells. KIR2DL1 is a receptor on human NK cells for HLA-C alleles. It inhibits the activity of NK cells thus preventing cell lysis. Function: Receptor on natural killer (NK) cells for HLA-C alleles. Inhibits the activity of NK cells thus preventing cell lysis. Subunit: Interacts with ARRB2. Interacts with PTPN6; the interaction is enhanced by ARRB2. Interacts with PTPN11; the interaction is enhanced by ARRB2. Subcellular Location: Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein. Similarity: Belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. Contains 2 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. |
