| 产品介绍 | Platelet-activating factor, a compound that reduces inflammation by increasing permeability of blood vessels and contracting various involuntary muscles such as those in airways. It is a phospholipid with a wide range of proinflammatory actions, is immediately degraded and inactivated in vivo by PAF acetylhydrolase.
