产品介绍 | Recent clinical advances and basic discoveries have triggered a revolution in cancer immunotherapy. As a great breakthrough, some key immune checkpoints on the surface of tumor or immune cells were shown to play important roles in tumor immunity regulation and intervention of these targets will be beneficial to tumor therapy. Characterization of tumor infiltrating immune cells and tumor cells by examining immune cell phenotyping markers and immuno-checkpoints is important to efficacy of cancer immunotherapy. Among them, canonical helper T cell marker CD4, cytotoxic T cell marker CD8, PD-1 receptor on the surface of T cells, PD-1 ligand PD-L1 and CTLA-4 on the surface of tumor cells are top targets to be evaluated in tumor immunity research by different applications such as immuno-histochemistry (IHC) or Flow Cytometry (FCM).
